Lasting Powers of Attorney
Plus the government's £92 registration fee per LPA, added at cost. It is halved or waived on a low income or certain benefits.

Solicitor fees are those published by four firms of solicitors in England, including VAT, checked in October 2026. Their prices may include extras, such as an office meeting, and may change. The £92 government fee per LPA is extra in every case.
